I want to leave on a different time, is this possible?

I want to bring big items with me such as surfboards, is this possible?

That is no problem! Please do let us know prior by providing details on the booking form. We might charge an additional fee and retain the right of refusal.

What type of vehicles does NicaShuttle use?

NicaShuttle uses vehicles taking into consideration the number of people traveling at the moment. It can be a car for 3 people or a bus for 50.

Can we stop for a photo/coffee/go to the toilet?

Of course! If you would like to take a picture, a coffee or go to the bathroom you just have to inform our driver and we would gladly make the stop.

Where’s the pick-up and drop off point?

The pick-up and drop off points in León and Granada are at your hotel or hostel, or in Central Parks. In Managua we pick up at hotels located in the city center.

Does the drive speak English?

Our drivers generally do not speak much English, but we could arrange a transfer with a bilingual guide for an additional charge.

I’ve lost something in a NicaShuttle vehicle. What can I do?

Do not hesitate to contact us so we can look for your lost item in our vehicles.

I travel with a group. What’s the maximum capacity?

We do not have a maximum number of people for a transfer. If you travel with a large group please write to us for a quote.

Can the pickup/drop off be at a specific address?

Yes it’s possible, but depending on the distance, please detail the address.

Do you sell plane tickets?

We do not sell tickets, please check Kayak for the best connections and fares.

What payment method can i use?

You can pay with credit card, wire transfer, or cash in our Managua office.

Can I travel safely with kids?

Yes, of course! Do not hesitate to provide information on your kid's age well in advance, to arrange a complementary child seat during the transfer.

How long prior to departure should I be at the pick-up place?

We recommend that you are at the pick-up place 30 minutes prior to the time of the transfer.

Can I take my pets?

Yes it’s possible, always if they are transferred in the own pet box. We would try to stop so you can feed them and give them water.
